What types of carts do you sell?

We sell handcrafted fiberglass ice cream carts (Paletero), snack carts, acrylic display carts, mini hot dog carts, and decorative food carts. We also offer a full line of accessories and add-ons for our carts.

Are the carts custom-made?

Yes! Every cart is individually handcrafted and built-to-order based on your selected colors, finishes, accessories, and customizations. No two carts are exactly alike.

How long does production take?

Current estimated production time is 35–45 business days after order confirmation. This may vary depending on customization complexity, production volume, and material availability.

What cart sizes are available?

We offer 4 Paletero cart models:

Thermo Paletero — 50–100 paletas — $1,150
Mini Paletero — 250 paletas — $2,125
Standar Paletero — 200–400 paletas — $2,325
Nevero Paletero — 600 paletas — $2,925

Can I choose my cart color?

Yes! We offer custom color options with a deluxe automotive-style paint finish. You can also add an Extra Color finish to your accessories to match your cart.

Do you offer dry ice compatibility?

Yes. All Paletero carts are compatible with dry ice. We also offer reusable glycol cooling cartridges as an alternative to dry ice, available in sizes for each cart model.

What accessories are available?

We offer a variety of add-ons including umbrella holders, bells, fenders, custom vinyl logo signs, wooden toppings decks, sliding doors, trash cones, and more. Visit our Accessories page for the full list.

How do you ship the carts?

We ship via freight carrier to the nearest terminal in your area. We do not offer home delivery. Once your cart is ready, we'll send you the carrier name, tracking number, and terminal pickup details. See our Shipping Info page for full details.

Can I cancel or return my order?

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on custom or made-to-order products. Please review our Refund Policy before ordering.

How do I place a custom order?

Visit our Contact page and send us a message with your cart model, preferred colors, accessories, and location. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a quote and next steps.

Do you have a warranty?

Our carts are built to last with high-quality fiberglass and automotive-grade finishes. Minor cosmetic variations from the handmade process are normal and not considered defects. For shipping damage, please report within 24 hours of pickup with photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
