Products All products sold by Icedreamcart are handcrafted and made-to-order. As handmade items, minor variations and imperfections may occur and are not considered defects. Product images are for reference only; final appearance may vary slightly due to the custom nature of each piece.

Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Production & Delivery All orders require a production period of 25 to 45 business days before shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Icedreamcart is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers.

Cancellations & Refunds Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. After this period, cancellations are not accepted. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability Icedreamcart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
