Refund policy

At Icedreamcart, all of our carts and products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Because each piece is built by hand, minor imperfections may occur — this is part of the nature of handmade craftsmanship and does not constitute a defect.

No Refunds on Custom Orders Since every cart is built specifically for each customer upon order confirmation, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been placed. All sales are final.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation at no charge. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as production will have already started.

Damaged Items If your product arrives with shipping damage (not to be confused with natural handmade imperfections), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will review each case individually and work to find a fair solution.

Custom Orders All carts are built to your specifications — color, size, and add-ons. Because of the fully custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or customization choices.
